Dr. Lerner Lectures at NYU

Dr. Lerner recently returned from the first session of the Aesthetic Advantage Continuum at NYU.  This is the annual Fall Session of the Continuum where doctors from around the world gather in New York to learn the techniques to create beautiful smile with all porcelain restorations.  The course consists of a series of lectures and hands on learning.  Each doctor attending is required to bring and treat a patient utilizing the techniques learned during lecture.  Dr. Lerner lectured on Smile Design, establishing the guidelines necessary to provide Smile Makeovers with porcelain veneers.  He also will lecture on the topic of occlusion and creating optimal esthetics with provisional restorations as the blue print to predictable results.  He shared his experience illustrating skill in utilizing special techniques to ensure a predictable, beautiful outcome with porcelain veneers while achieving a comfortable stable bite.  Highlighted were the steps necessary in proper planning and communication with the dental laboratory technician necessary to achieve optimal results.
